Yes! In the app, you can easily save your favorite workouts and workout programs 🥳 Thanks to this feature, you’ll have quick access to the exercises you love most – no matter which plan you're currently following 💪
How does it work?
You’ll find your favorite workouts in the “Workouts” tab – just tap the heart icon in the top right corner. That’s where your personal collection will appear, divided into:
- Workout programs
- Single workouts
- On-demand
In the “Plan” tab, next to the thumbnail of each workout, you’ll see a heart icon ❤️ in the top right corner. Simply tap it to add that specific workout to your Favorites. It will be saved as a single workout from your current training plan – and it will remain accessible even if you switch plans later.
You can also save entire workout programs as favorites – just tap the heart icon next to the program you want to save in the “Workouts” tab.
How does it help?
Our app has tons of workouts and programs – and we know it can be hard to remember which one was your favorite. Maybe you found the perfect workout, but it was part of a different program? Now you don’t have to switch back to that plan – just make sure you added it to your favorites earlier 💥
