You can log the weight of the equipment used during your workout directly in the app. This can be done either during the workout or after completing it πͺ
π Logging Weight During the Workout
While performing your workout, you'll notice an icon of a weight (dumbbell) appearing in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Simply tap on this icon, and a window will pop up allowing you to enter the weight of the equipment you used and the number of repetitions you completed.
This feature is designed to make it easy for you to track the weights youβre using in real time, helping you monitor your progress throughout your training.
π Logging Weight After the Workout
If you prefer not to log the weight during your workout, you can do it at the end instead. Once you finish your workout, a list will appear with all the exercises you've completed. In this list, you'll be able to fill in the weights used and any other relevant details for each exercise.
This allows you to ensure accurate tracking of your progress without needing to pause during the workout π
