A Streak represents the number of consecutive days you have completed at least one workout. The more days you work out without a break, the longer your Streak becomes.
You can build it by:
- Following a training program,
- Doing single workouts and sessions from the on-demand tab.
However - if you don't stay consistent, your Streak will reset!
